Why is This Project Necessary?
Problems create solutions.In real life everyone has problems, especially teens such as cyber bullying, family pressure, future anxiety, comparison between peers and so on. At this point, our project steps in. We believe our project will create awareness towards to our problems. Thus,we will describe our own problems and discuss them with peers. With the help of dissemination, adults will also know more and understand us.-Sibel Ç.

Noise Pollution
As the first activity of our team, we worked on noise pollution.Team members collected interesting pictures about the issue and also we watched some funny videos. At the end we created a video using all the pictures and the funniest video. Here is the link, ENJOY IT!

7th Continent
What is 7th Continent?
7th Continent is a big plastic garbage heap in pacific ocean.
7th Continent also called "The Great Pacific Garbage Patch"
That garbage is 5 times bigger than Turkey; That's why they named 7th
Continent to that garbage heap.
Clean processing is started but if we continue to throw our garbage to ocean, we will not see many kind of sea creatures and we will have just dirty ocean.
That pollution poisoning marine animals and birds hunting from sea. Their stomach are filled plastic. This is our Earth and we must help to our animal friends.

First, we can use less plastic and we must stop to throw our rubbish to
nature. We can use paper for shopping. Then, we should warn people about
pollution.

Eating disorders is very threatful disease nowadays. It causes gaining too much weight and making us obesity. As long as we can't get out, we should learn about it. Team 5 members created an E-Book.

In the scope of the 'We Are Teens' project, young eTwinners have worked on noise pollution as well. By means of the project they tried to hear their inner voices to do something good for the world leaving aside the cloud of noise around them. In this speedy age, every parts of the materials and items surrounding humanbeing, creates a huge humming filling in the brains of young people with garbage noises and causing them to lose concentration. Thanks to the project process they had opportunity to gain awareness regarding the issue and take a fresh breath among the humming wrapping them.
